01 — The problem

Too many tools. No single source of truth.

Teams relied on fragmented systems to find resources, navigate workflows, and access information. Overlapping tools and disconnected experiences made everyday tasks harder and increased the risk of duplicated work.

  • Tool fragmentationOverlapping systems created unnecessary complexity.
  • Low discoverabilityEssential resources were difficult to locate.
  • Adoption riskA new platform had to offer enough everyday value to change existing habits.
  • Time pressureThe solution needed to be scoped and rolled out within a short timeframe.

02 — Audit

Mapping the ecosystem.

I documented the existing tools, resources, and workflows to understand how teams worked, where information lived, and which systems served overlapping purposes.

The audit established a clearer picture of the ecosystem and helped identify opportunities to consolidate access without disrupting essential workflows.

03 — Information architecture

Structuring the hub.

I organized the platform around the way employees needed to find and use information, creating a clearer hierarchy for resources, tools, and workflows.

The focus was on reducing the effort required to locate the right destination and making the broader internal ecosystem easier to navigate.

04 — MVP

Prioritizing everyday needs.

With a tight rollout timeline, I prioritized high-frequency tasks and essential resources for the initial release.

Rather than attempting to consolidate everything at once, the MVP focused on delivering immediate utility while establishing a foundation for future improvements.

05 — Iteration

Improving discoverability.

Internal feedback informed refinements to navigation, content organization, and the overall experience.
